Empowering Communities

Through Action

Welcome to Moore Living Connections, where our mission is to empower people with disabilities to lead the lives they choose with dignity and respect in their community through resources and support. Our AFC-licensed group homes and community living services have been proudly servicing the Michigan community since 1971.

Our Residents

Our residents are the heart of our company. At Moore Living Connections, we believe that people with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges absolutely do deserve the same rights, opportunities, and chances to live fulfilling, productive lives as anyone else. We also believe that adults with these challenges can be fully included in everyday community life and should have access to the same resources and supports available to everyone.

Applicants for residence of our homes are considered according to their needs for specialized residential services (licensed settings), desire to live and participate more independently in the community (independent programs), along with their capacity to utilize program services and supervision toward that goal.

While Moore offers most services through government agencies, we also work with the public in a limited capacity.
